Larry Warbasse (Aqua Blue Sport) soloed to an impressive win atop Villars-sur-Ollon on stage four of Tour de Suisse, his first professional victory, and the first world-tour stage win for Aqua Blue Sport.
As the final 11km climb loomed in the distance Larry burst away from his breakaway companions. He cut a lone, determined figure as he battled against gravity and the peloton. After nearly four hours in the break and an impressive solo effort on the last climb, Warbasse raised his arms victorious on the finishing line, 40 seconds ahead of Caruso, who out sprinted the Kruijswijk and Spilak to take second place on the day.
