Knight dominates the podiums – Ironman Boulder and British XC Series

With the fastest bike split of the day and a strong finish, Heather Jackson grabbed a 2nd place at at Ironman Boulder. Pulling back a 5 minute deficit on the bike, and pedaling 112 miles like she didn’t have a marathon to run after, Heather hammered it home, putting her 3 minutes in the lead at the start of the run! Pushing all the way to the finish, grabbing a respectable 2nd place, Heather punched her ticket for Kona. This is gonna be a big year for her.

Meanwhile across the pond, OMX ladies grabbed the top two podium spots at the weekend’s British XC Series race at Dalby Forest. Annie Last and Isla Short came in 1st and 2nd respectively, at the fourth race of the series. Following on their great performances a WC events in Nove Mesto and Abstadt recently, the pair took to the course in a steady, determined style grabbing the podium for OMX!
